Dear Lammersville Families,
Our basketball season is officially underway with each of teams playing already playing two games. Please come and cheer on our players at both the home and away games. I have been very proud of each of our teams as they demonstrate sportsmanship and support for one another throughout each game.
I would like to thank Ms. Scaffidi for all of her hard work as our site coordinator for our annual Science Fair. Ms. Scaffidi did an excellent job showcasing the hard work of our students as represented by their tri-fold presentation boards and Google slide presentations. Student projects displayed a wide range of scientific questions, data analysis, and fact based discussions.
We appreciate the support of our school community and ask for your assistance to protect instructional time. Please remember to stay near the front office prior to primary dismissal; family members, including younger siblings, should not be on the playground or near classroom doors until after dismissal. Primary dismissal is 2:10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 1:30 p.m. on Fridays. Our primary grade students often use the last portion of the day to meet the required minutes for PE instruction and family members may distract students.
Tickets for our Annual Auction Dinner Dance may be purchased on line through Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/ or in our school library. We look forward to another great year with friends and family!
Please remember that there is no school on Monday, February 13th in observance of President Washington’s birthday.
