Dear Lammersville Families,
It is wonderful to be back at school even with the many rainy days that we have had since our return from winter break. We have welcomed several new students and their families over the past two weeks and I look forward to getting to know each of our new Lammersville Lions.
This month we are focusing on the Character Counts traits of Respect, Fairness, and Responsibility. I look forward to recognizing students at our next Character Counts Award Assembly on Friday, January 27th.
Our basketball teams are gearing up for the season and I look forward to cheering them on. The drama students are already preparing their next production Ghost Hunt. I will share the evening performance date as soon as I can so families can “save the date” and join us for another fantastic student production.
ATTENTION 8th Grade Parents: The Mountain House High School counselors will be presenting to our students on Wednesday, January 25th. On Thursday, January 26th, there will be a High School Curriculum Fair from 5:00-8:00 p.m. in the large gym at MHHS as well as a mandatory 8th grade parent meeting from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the multi-use room. We are entering a very exciting time for our 8th grade students and their families and 8th Grade Promotion will be here before we know it!
Please remember that there is no school on Monday, January 16th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
