I know this isn’t the ideal way to start a new school year, but here we are! We will make the best of it!


A little about me, I have been teaching PE for 15 years. I worked in Newark, Ca for 13 years and spent my last two years at Altamont and Lammersville. I went to college at Cal State Hayward where I played volleyball and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. I love being a PE teacher, I love that we get to be outside and work on creating healthy life long habits. I am married and have two children, 5 and 7. We spent our summer looking for new lakes to check out and beaches to explore.


Our main goal for physically distanced PE this year is to get MOVING. I realize you will be sitting for a large portion of your distance learning and I want to help you get out of your seat! For now I will be LIVE with you via zoom once a week. On the other days I will be sending your lessons and activities.


Grades 4 and 5 please check your google classrooms for assignments.
